Land & Sea starts with delicious Spanish Cecina beef, wild rocket and olive oil; Beetroot Carpaccio, goat cheese, pomegranate and lemon balm; Hand Dived Orkney Scallop with miso butter; and Focaccia with olive oil.
The menu then brings you a Beast classic - King Crab legs and claws, served with lemon and garlic butter sauce; Som Tom Salad with daikon, green papaya, tomatoes, mint, basil and peanuts; then it’s the sublime flavours and textures of Lake District Steak on the Bone with truffle sauce, grilled vegetables and truffle chips.
If you’ve room, the menu ends with dark chocolate mousse and cheesecake…
Take it another step up further still with The Ultimate Land & Sea menu; begin with Lobster Tacos and Wild King Prawn, followed by Norwegian King Crab and Som Tom Salad.
