There’s plenty more where that came from however, Beast’s Classic Variations include Lychee & Flower Sidecar - refined and citrusy with Seignette VS Cognac, St. Germaine, Suze, lychee, citrus. For something tropical and inviting the Machu Tai is a great choice, made using Waqar pisco, velvet falernum, cointreau, cinnamon syrup and citrus. And if you’re feeling something earthy and robust, the Hemingway Daiquiri is made from Plantation 3 star rum, maraschino, citrus and pink grapefruit, named after famed drinker and author - Ernest Hemmingway.
