The world’s greatest surf and turf - from the beasts of land and sea. That’s a bold claim, but we’re obsessive, avid food hunters, who work with fellow pioneers - Norwegian trawlermen and cattle farmers on the wild prairies of Nebraska - who brave the elements to bring us the very best.
From sensational steak to the finest king crab, the Beast menu is full of incredible flavours and textures - it’s an experience like no other.
Our crazy passion translates into a menu full of pleasures of the flesh - Lobster Tacos, Wild King Prawn and creamy Burrata just three of the incredible starters. The main event focuses on Norwegian King Crab (whole or legs and claws), alongside the world’s best beef, from Japanese Kobe and Wagyu to Lake District Farmers grass-fed beef to USDA Nebraskan steaks to Irish or Australian Chateaubriand.
Then there are incredible sides to elevate your plate even further - Josper grilled aubergine, Truffle Chips and Cauliflower Carpaccio just to name a few.
