Fine dining feast

For the ultimate fine dining experience, steer towards Beast’s Tasting and Experience menus - a voyage of discovery of all that is best about Beast.

For a six-course exploration of all that is great about Beast, the Tasting Menu is a journey through wonderful meats, seafood and cheese, with an optional wine pairing for each. Begin with delicious Hand Dived Orkney Island Scallop, followed by Japanese Wagyu Tataki; next, there’s our legendary Norwegian King Crab and Cauliflower Carpaccio.The main event is the sensational Peak District Steak on the Bone, with White Truffle Sauce and accompanied by Truffle Chips and Winter Salad. That’s followed by a cheese course of Baron Bigod with apple, pear and raisin chutney, before finishing with Vanilla and Almond Semifreddo.

Take your fine dining to another level altogether with the Beast group experience menus - Land & Sea and Ultimate Land & Sea.

The former starts with Cecina beef, wild rocket and olive oil; Beetroot Carpaccio, goat cheese, pomegranate and lemon balm; Hand Dived Orkney Scallops with miso butter; and Focaccia with Olive oil.

Follow with King Crab legs and claws, served with lemon and garlic butter sauce; Som Tom Salad with daikon, green papaya, tomatoes, mint, basil and peanuts; then it’s the headlining Lake District Steak on the Bone with truffle sauce, grilled vegetables and truffle chips.

Hopefully you’ll still have room for dark chocolate mousse and cheesecake…

The Ultimate Land & Sea menu is just that; starters include Wild King Prawn and Lobster Tacos, followed by Norwegian King Crab and Som Tom Salad. The meat main course is a double act of B4 Japanese Wagyu steak and Lake District bone-in steak, with truffle sauce, grilled vegetables and truffle chips. Dessert is a rather wonderful Chocolate and Orange Cheesecake with orange curd.

Fine wines and cool cocktails

Any fine dining experience has to be complemented by great drinks - and you can imbibe at Beast knowing that we put as much care and attention into our drinks menu as we do the food.

Beast’s 300 extraordinary bins of superb wines come from all points of the compass - New Zealand and Napa Valley, Argentina and Australia, Germany and Greece - be that by the glass, carafe or bottle.

Craving a cocktail? Ours are a truly unique experience. Beast Classic Cocktails take the famous recipes and are given our own twist: from a Pisco Sour and Beast Martini to a Mai Tai or Picante de la Casa. Beast Signature pours really are every bit as exceptional - try the Mexican widow, Blimey, Route 51 or The mask. With names like these, they have to be worth exploring…
