Staff will ensure your bespoke Beast event has all the elements you desire - and special group gatherings start with the extra-special set menus, Land & Sea and Ultimate Land & Sea.
The former starts with Cecina beef, wild rocket and olive oil; Beetroot Carpaccio, goat cheese, pomegranate and lemon balm; Hand Dived Orkney Scallops with miso butter; and Focaccia with Olive oil.
Follow with King Crab legs and claws, served with lemon and garlic butter sauce; Som Tom Salad with daikon, green papaya, tomatoes, mint, basil and peanuts; then it’s the headlining Lake District Steak on the Bone with truffle sauce, grilled vegetables and truffle chips.
Hopefully you’ll still have room for dark chocolate mousse and cheesecake…
The Ultimate Land & Sea menu is just that; starters include Wild King Prawn and Lobster Tacos, followed by Norwegian King Crab and Som Tom Salad. The meat main course is a double act of B4 Japanese Wagyu steak and Lake District bone-in steak, with truffle sauce, grilled vegetables and truffle chips. Dessert is a rather wonderful Chocolate and Orange Cheesecake with orange curd.

Just as we go to extremes and every corner of the Earth for our meat and fish, Beast’s 300 exceptional bins of wines are a globetrotting celebration of the fruits of the vine. Mining the very best from both New and Old World producers, our wine list will truly entice and excite, with bottles from as far afield as Argentina and Australia; USA and Spain; France and Portugal.
If cocktails are more your thing, we’ve got your back - and glass - covered. We’ve classics like a Pisco Sour, Mai Tai or Return of the mac - or perhaps try one of the intriguingly-named Beast Signature cocktails, such as Mexican widow, This is not a painkiller or Route 51?
